1、作者严格按管辖省（区）投稿,如发现一稿多投将上黑名单,追究责任。
2、思想新颖,观点明确,数据可靠,且不涉及国家机密。
3、文字清晰,标点符号规范合理,句段语义完整,全文连贯通畅,可读性好,每篇最少2600字[3]符起发。
4、图表应用计算机绘制,图中文字用小五宋体字,图片力求背景线条清晰,保证图表质量。
5、正文格式为：（中文）题目（不超过15个字）—作者姓名—工作单位(含所在省、市及邮编)—摘要—关键词（3～5个）—正文—参考文献。
6、引证的参考文献限于公开发表的,并按文中出现先后次序排列,作者须对引发的著作权纠纷承担责任。
7、文后须附加注明作者姓名、性别、出生年、民族、籍贯、工作单位、学历学位、职称和通讯地址、电话及邮箱等个人信息。
8、若研究课题受省部级以上基金项目支持,请注明基金名称和项目编号。
9、来稿请以“省份+作者姓名”为邮件标题发送电子邮件至kf@400qikan.com，请注明投稿《中国机械工程学报》杂志,文稿（Word格式、宋体）添加至附件,特殊情况可传真或邮寄打印稿至400期刊网采编中心。
10、本刊实行双匿名审稿制度,审稿结果一般在收到稿件的七个工作日内通知作者。
