【摘要】：对黑格尔法权体系的批判与超越是马克思脱离黑格尔哲学立场的真正转折点,也是马克思主义政治哲学发展史的一项重要主题。马克思通过论述德国的政治、现代国家与黑格尔法权哲学之间的关系,深刻阐明了有关法权与政治的批判何以对准黑格尔法哲学的原因;通过拆解黑格尔构筑的观念与现实的"圆融体系",批判了黑格尔虚构国家与市民社会的统一方式,指认了黑格尔国家形式主义的困境,重构了哲学与城邦、哲学与现实的关系。
