【摘要】：商业流程由于其影响因素很多,因而十分复杂,通过建模仿真,能够直观的发现流程中的问题并及时解决问题。本文简述了商业流程仿真软件Flexsim,并对其在商业流程仿真中的应用进行了详细介绍。
